Job Description
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the CRM platform and take-on full ownership of the platform.
- Will have constant interaction with the users, stakeholders, and the development partner to both share and receive ideas around the CRM.
- Configuration, maintenance of plug-ins, functional data management, requirements gathering, process documentation, system analysis, and user assistance & training.
- Will be responsible for every aspect of the CRM System including user adoption, troubleshooting, training, upgrades, liaising with Developers, data cleansing, reporting and running queries.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administration 2 years at least.
- Experience in MS SQL .
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, ASP.NET)
- Understanding of web service architectures
- Windows Communication Foundations (WCF)
- WebAPI
- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Systems Integration
