Job Description

1-Manages employee schedule

  • Acts as liaison between clients and company via Managing the service employee schedule, oversees daily employee interactions with customers
  • Coordinate field service travel that includes flights, transports, accommodation, meetings, visas and expense reports .

2-Improve Services Quality

  • Improve Service database .
  • Generate The Calibration Certificates With The Report.
  • File all Service documents (hard and soft copies) and be responsible for the filing system organization (maintain and update filing system and confidential records) .
  • Handle All The Invoice And The Collection With Monthly Update .

3-Match Clients to Services

  • In order to match clients to the appropriate services, service coordinators first evaluate their clients’ needs. This may involve asking them questions. Based on their evaluation of their clients’ needs, they will match the client with the service or services that best suit the clients’ needs.
  • Service coordinator must be intimately familiar with the services their company provides. This means they must regularly check what services are being provided, staying updated on which services are being introduced or discontinued.

Follow-up Customer Satisfaction

  • After matching their clients with the best services for them, service coordinators follow-up with their clients at regular intervals. During those follow-ups, they assess their clients’ satisfaction with the services they’ve been provided.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • V.Good English & Excellent Computer Skills.
  • Experience Not Less Than 1 Year.
  • Ability to Multi Task and Handle A High Volume of Work Accurately.
  • Excellent Organization Skills.
  • Ability and Desire To learn Assigned Business Segment Product Line.
