Job Description
Organize Promotional Events
- Plan and execute events, for both commercial and social purposes through working with the Events & Activation Manager to identify event goals, content, and promotion, and coordinate all event logistics
- Assist in the definition and creation of event goals, while keeping customer needs in mind, to ensure event success
- Manages events calendar, projects timelines, and event budget
- Participates in pre-event weekly meetings, including ownership of event planning documentation
Project Execution and Management
- Utilizes exceptional project management skills to manage pre-event review forecast and communications and post-event follow-up, ensuring all stakeholders are working together to deliver the event in high quality
- Serves as the event project manager in aspects of pre-event consultation and planning, venue selection, agenda development and event flow, event promotion and registration, printing and shipping, budget management, staffing, event follow-up and reporting
- Ensures proper set-up and signage, registration coordination, AV testing, speaker management, and event time management on site
- Creates regular pre-event status reports and post-event reports as required and in a timely manner
Job Requirements
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major preferably in Marketing or Advertising
Experience
- 0-3 Years of experience in a similar role preferably within marketing, advertising or public relations scopes
