Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands a company’s client base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Collaborate with production team to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
  • Ensure the satisfaction of clients though surveys, meetings and complaint reports.

Job Requirements

  • University degree.
  • Having good knowledge regarding solutions and CRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Previous Experience in same position and same industry is a plus
  • Excellent leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
  • Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage in the effective management of different teams and various departments as well as business partners.
  • High problem-solving abilities.
  • A good network of contacts.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
