Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands a company’s client base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with production team to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Ensure the satisfaction of clients though surveys, meetings and complaint reports.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Having good knowledge regarding solutions and CRM.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Previous Experience in same position and same industry is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent planning, managerial and follow up abilities.
- Excellent communications skills with a high customer service orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage in the effective management of different teams and various departments as well as business partners.
- High problem-solving abilities.
- A good network of contacts.
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Arabic.
