Job Description:
- Manage the Architects, Design offices, End clients and governmental authorities
- Work closely with Architects and provide necessary support to influence indoor and outdoor lighting projects specifications
- Help the Architects in the project design stage, present our solution, influence their selection towards our brands and products and make sure that the project is locked to our favor.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team in the lighting business unit to enable them to close the specified projects, and support in both pre-sales and aftersales phases.
- Able to create excellent awareness of the company lighting both Local and International brands to Architects and their end clients.
- Have a competency to manage end to end project follow up from the design stage, product selection, influence the specification, technical and commercial study till closing stage.
- Suggest and develop tools to deliver better service to Architects.
- Create a prequalification folder for our lighting solutions and references.
- Proceed with the approval process with Architects/clients/governmental authorities and add our company brands and products in their approved vendor list.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical/ Electronics.
- 5 years of experience in the electrical/Architectural industry (Indoor and outdoor lighting)
- Good understanding of lighting terminologies, design software, and calculations.
- Good communication, interpersonal, influence and networking skills.
- Good understanding of Egyptian electrical design standards and practices.
- Have existing excellent contacts with main Architects and clients in Egypt.
- AutoCAD or Revit knowledge is an asset.
- Fluent in English.
