Job Description
- Responsible for the booking process.
- Greet customers and guide them.
- Get customers data and record it on the system.
- Lead the customer to the Service Advisor.
- Get information from workshop when service advisor is busy.
- Follow-up with the service advisor work when he is out of job.
- Responsible for the availability and preparation of the reception documents.
- Prepare register book and regular customer reports.
- Organize repair quotations file to be included in a computer file.
- Assist service advisor in opening quick service job orders if the reception is crowded.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of related experience
- Presentable
- Very good command of English
- Very good user of Microsoft Office applications
- Customer Oriented
- Problem Solver
