Job Description
- Conduct daily calls and face-to-face meetings with potential customers. Generating leads and visiting potential customers to sell software / ERP products and services.
- Communicate with customers in an effective manner by listening to their needs and providing suitable options for them.
- Monitor the company's competitors and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs Able to achieve monthly targets.

Job Requirements
- Previous sales experience (3 years minimum) .
- Demonstrated ability to prospect for your own leads as well as cultivate leads from marketing and other sources to consistently fill the sales pipeline.
- Strong ability to turn leads into opportunities and move through a sales process to effectively close business.
- Track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
- Effective at building relationships with new prospects and transferring current customers to new platforms.
- Experience in developing and managing a geographic sales territory.
- Negotiation skills to work with a prospect from the initial call to close.
