- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company using scripts
- Answer questions about the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Job Requirements
Requirements and Skills:
- Age: maximum 30
- Fluent English Speaker
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken.
- College graduates only.
- Minimum 1-year experience in Sales and telemarketing
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory.
- Maintain computer, telephone, and other equipment.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
- Excellent phone manner and articulation.
- Ability to type 30 words per minute.
- Ability to cope with rejection on daily basis.
