Job Description
- Perform direct marketing and sales activities to generate sales as per the agreed sales and marketing plan.
- Contribute in developing sales strategy and develop tactical plans to promote the business
- Monitor and ensure future sales plan implementation and results achieved on a regular basis.
- Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team and provide sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully.
- Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or decisions for timely resolution.
- Ensure sales teams know of current pricing/marketing activities.
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the Sales Manager.
- Promote our products by direct and indirect contact with clients through all channels; social media, phone calls, personal meetings and participate in company events.
- Learn all the details about our industry inside out.
- Developing sales strategies to match customer requirements.
