Job Description
- Support growth and program development
- Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing projects and submit summary reports to management monthly.
- Create plans that will be executed in the event of interior or exterior of the facility.
- Coordinate daily schedules and special programs for stakeholders in collaboration with team members.
- Ensure the implementation of policies and practices
- Devise annual training preparation courses for subordinates.
- Provide a timely response to all requests and inquiries.
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
- Prepare paperwork and order materials.
- Work with information services staff to develop accurate, user-friendly database applications.
- Monitor the program progress and report in regular meetings with high-end managers and with any other stakeholders.
- Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation of the program.
Job Requirements
- (Preferred) BSc in Engineering or a related field
- 1+ years of experience
- Possesses good problem solving/analysis skills
- Personal Effectiveness/Credibility.
- Proven Leadership skills
- (Preferred) Certified as a Project Management Professional.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Analytical mind
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
