Job Description

  • Support growth and program development
  • Develop comprehensive reports on ongoing projects and submit summary reports to management monthly.
  • Create plans that will be executed in the event of interior or exterior of the facility.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and special programs for stakeholders in collaboration with team members.
  • Ensure the implementation of policies and practices
  • Devise annual training preparation courses for subordinates.
  • Provide a timely response to all requests and inquiries.
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
  • Prepare paperwork and order materials.
  • Work with information services staff to develop accurate, user-friendly database applications.
  • Monitor the program progress and report in regular meetings with high-end managers and with any other stakeholders.
  • Develop or assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures consistent with those of the organization to ensure efficient operation of the program.

Job Requirements

  • (Preferred) BSc in Engineering or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Possesses good problem solving/analysis skills
  • Personal Effectiveness/Credibility.
  • Proven Leadership skills
  • (Preferred) Certified as a Project Management Professional.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
  • Good with numbers and financial planning
  • Analytical mind
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
