Job Description
- Responsible for promoting tourism and devising customers development initiatives/campaigns with the aim of generating and increasing revenue.
- Handle all the domestic groups & individuals
- Hotels reservation
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Handling clients inquiries related to Domestic tours from A To Z including accommodation, transportation , excursions and airline tickets
- Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
- Handling the sudden circumstances occurred in any package.
- Reaching the revenue and profit targets
- Handling daily requests.
- Create and design tour packages.
- Follow-up with clients.
- Quote travel packages.
- Manage contracted rates with suppliers.
- Booking all Travel Services needed.
- Issuing tickets or relevant documents
- Refund tickets upon client’s requests.
- Reissue the ticket in case the client wishes to modify it.
Job Requirements
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in Domestic Tourism and in ticketing (Amadeus ) Is a Must
- Customer Services Background .
- Excellent Sales Skills & Communication skills
- Excellent in English is a must.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Work under pressure
- Lives Near to 5th settlement , New Cairo is a Must
