Job Description
- Complete the required tasks assigned by the SW Development Team Leader
- Analyze user needs to design, code and debug applications in various software languages
- Develop Cisco call center Finesse integrations.
- Develop Cisco call center Enterprise CVP scripts
- Develop dynamic Cisco call center CUIC Reporting
- Develop Cisco call center express IVR scripts with integrations modules with 3rd party software
- Integration with Telecom vendors APIs (ex: CISCO)
- Develop Contact Center Dashboard, live, and historical reporting
- Cisco call center Integration with Middleware (IBM MQ, Tibco, …)
- Cisco call center Integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, …)
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
- Manage needed preparation for technical meetings.
- Monitor and coaching software development engineers.
- Provide customer technical support when needed.
- Fulfil the project requirements as per the project plan.
- Perform all assigned tasks from the direct manager within the scope of department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, information technology, computer science or a related discipline.
- 3 – 7 years’ experience in SW development field
- Very Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming Concepts is a must.
- Very Good command of Java is a must.
- Very Good command of SQL Server Queries Is a must.
- C++, JavaScript, CSS Programming and Python is preferred.
- Expert knowledge of maintaining and debugging live software systems.
- Good knowledge of networking technologies from the programmers prospective.
- NetBeans, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, Eclipse
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
