Operations Support & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• Lead all marketing activities for the company.
• Design new and launch marketing campaigns.
• Update & Maintain contact database of the company
• Design new brochures, presentations, announcements and publications
• Manage & improve lead generation, lead qualifications activities and measure results.
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
• Capability for website editing and enhancements
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed.
• Coordinate with company partners / consultants for lead qualifications
• Administer & process orders with clients, partners and suppliers
• Follow up on project progress and issue relevant reports
• Follow up on invoicing and payments with clients and partners
• Manage registration in client approved vendor lists
