Job Description
- Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention.
- Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Great knowledge with the Egyptian labor law.
- Responsible of the monthly payroll, the hiring and resigning documents.
- Applying the employee handbook including all the policies and procedures.
- Tracking the employees' attendance on daily basis, as well as their annual vacations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience mainly in recruitment.
- Preferably female.
- Maximum age 30.
- Fluent English.
