Head, Engineering

In this capacity, the ideal incumbent will be reporting to our Production and Maintenance Manager and he will be responsible for the following:-

• Establish, develop and manage a high qualified and performance Technical Team (Engineers and Technicians).
• Build the engineering system and Develop key relevant policy and work procedure and take the necessary action for system deployment.
• Develop and implement Mechanical and Electrical total lean Maintenance plan and insure the technical accuracy.
• Plan and manage new lines Machine Installations.
• Maintain an accurate Engineering records and take the necessary action for all relevant analysis for improvement.
