Air Treatment Deputy Subsystem Manager

The Air Treatment Deputy Subsystem Manager main responsibilities are to follow-up on all Air Treatment-related activities for Phase 3 Project which includes Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Testing & Commissioning and handover stages.

The position covers in particular:

• Be the AT day to day Representative, liaising with the Company staff, G3 Consortium Partners, Project Parties,
• Identify AT requirements from contract documents and track them all along the project life cycle, monitor from Design to Handover conformance of the activities with the AT related requirements processes in place,
• Prepare AT dedicated plans and procedures with Quality Manager the AT,
• Establish tools (eg. KPI) to monitor AT performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Update AT deliverable lists,
• Follow-up the AT design production progress for Egypt and France teams, ensure comments resolution,
• Feed RAMS manager with functional design and availability figures,
• With Interface Engineers, provide and receive all interfaces information internally to G3 and externally,
• With Procurement officer, prepare PO for Chillers, AHUs, Ventilation Fans, Dampers, Filters, Control Panels etc…
• With local purchaser, prepare small POs for electromechanical equipment and sundries
• Follow-up the progress and quality of execution for AT POs (planning, design, fabrication),
• Check suppliers progress and confirm supplier invoices / quantities,
• Organize with T&C manager the FAT programme and associated resources,
• With storage manager, follow-up on deliveries and storage,
• Check Method Statements and Inspection & Test Plans with respect to AT requirements
• Check site progress report and confirm for contract manager to prepare client invoices,
• Check site global quality of execution for AT discipline
• Close Non Conformance Reports and corrective actions as required
• Monitor project handover documentation including, tracking and closure of punch list items, as-built documentation, O&M Manuals; assist in their preparation and processing as required
• Assist when required in arranging inspections and testing by Project and external Parties
