Job Description
- Penetrating new markets to find potential clients and convert them into actual customers.
- Understanding customer needs to be able to provide feedback for business development and marketing.
- Conducting surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers
- Identify new export business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Prepare quotation & proposals for overseas buyers.
- Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas buyers and build a business relationship with them.
- Follow market trends and competitors activities.
- Identifying direct and indirect sales channels.
- After-Sales follow up.
- Execute the complete export process.
- Negotiate with international customers and convince them to execute sales.
