  • Planning And Booking The CEO’s Trips
  • Will Join The CEO In The Business Trips In Or Out The Country
  • Have Full Knowledge Of The CEO Meetings Whether Inside Or Outside The Company,
  • Taking Action Points And Writing Minutes,
  • Conducting Research,
  • Drafting Communications On the CEO Behalf,
  • Preparing Presentations,
  • Typing Documents,
  • Responsible For The CEO's Office And Disk,
  • Sourcing And Ordering Stationery And Office Equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Information technology background
  • Business Administration background
  • Very Good At English (Writing, Reading & Speaking).
  • Should Have Excellent Knowledge At Microsoft Office .
