Job Description
- Develop and implement our Social Media strategy in order to increase the Brand online presence.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content on social media and encourages community members to take actions.
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts.
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Create and develop FAQs sheet, and updated it if needed
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
