- We are searching for an operation executive with previous experience in e-commerce sites.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of the website.
- Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle
- Process order requests
- Plan the execution of the shipping process
- Tracking orders and shipping cycle
- Resolving any shipping issues with customer and courier
- Carry out the determined transactions when cargoes are not delivered to customers due to lack of an address for example.
- Make necessary reviews for the customer returns resulting from the deterioration of campaign conditions or missing payment for any reason, and solves the systematic errors if any.
- Carries out the processes of Cash on Delivery, approval of Transfer orders, canceling and returning them,
- Detects the relevant orders on the system, follows up missing/overpayment status and approves the payment.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree required.
- Experience in digital marketing and eCommerce environment (agency or in-house).
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Good command of Magento or other Content Management System (CMS).
- Can Think analytically, communicate effectively and execute efficiently
- Flexibility in work hours during peak times
