Bingo is looking for a talented coordinator to handle different aspects in sales process to respond to market needs and customer inquiries. This function includes responding to client's inquiries; follow up, updating & record keeping.
Job description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers.
- Acquire information leading to direct contacts with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular and fully documented contact with an existing client base.
- Refer customer complaints to the supervisor for quality control
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports about sales and pre-sales team performance and send it to the sales manager.
- Follow up with visits and pipelines of the sales team.
- Responsible for following up with collections in coordination with the finance department.
- Prepare a quarterly survey about old and new customers in addition to Non-Active Customers in coordination with the sales team in order to refresh and reactivate these accounts.
- Collect sales reports from the sales team.
- Follow up periodically with the existing customers to know their feedback and assure their satisfaction with the sales team and the overall service.
- Follow up all sales deals and the customer delivery of company products.
- Assist the sales team in their requirements, such as calling distributors and negotiating with them to the delivery.
- Keep product availability up to date in order to be ready to answer customer inquiries and send them to the sales team.
- Work on the fleet by preparing and identifying the right timing and specifications, in addition, to coordinate with the warehouse for delivery date and places orders.
- Arrange a weekly sales meeting with the sales team, taking meetings minutes.
- Prepare a list of top customers according to sales volume and number of PO s to suggest good promotions and gifts for them.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a sales coordinator or administration.
- A background in sales support or sales coordination is essential.
- Excellent client facing and communication skills.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and other relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software).
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with urgent requests.
- Proven record of accomplishment of successfully meeting sales quotas.
- Excellent written and spoken English with outstanding communication skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
- Persistent and results-oriented.
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible team player, willing to 'go the extra mile' to get the job done.
