Job Description
- Supports all the HR functions (Recruitment, OD, Personnel, and Payroll)
- Maintain employee records and paperwork.
- Handle and resolve employees’ issues.
- Handle the appraisal system, its updates, analysis, and outcome.
- Attend Job Fairs.
- Supports all the HR functions (Recruitment, OD, Personnel, and Payroll)
- Typing, copying, and filing whenever needed.
- Calling candidates according to the interviews schedules created by the recruitment staff.
- Filing and organizing the employees' data
- Welcoming new hires and help them to fill the hiring documents (bank accounts documents, hand books, and so on)
- Generating Job Offers and HR letters whenever needed.
- Ensuring the implementation and application of the HR policy by all the employees
- Handling escalations and conducting investigations;
- Maintaining records.
- Conducting Exit interviews
- Submitting weekly/ Daily reports to the HR manager job requirements
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 Years in Human Resources
- Preferred Applicants who live around new Cairo
- Good knowledge MS Office
