Job Description
HUB Telecom is looking for a professional female HR/admin assistance to handle a variety of personnel related and administrative tasks. The main requirement is to act as the liaison between the employees, management, and clients.
- To ensure productive business communication.
- Have related work experience in the telecommunications field.
- Able to create job ads, interviews and coordinate them with candidates.
- Able to communicate and deal with foreign companies.
- Aware of company policy and work regulations.
- Able to process documents and prepare official paperwork, meetings and reports, relating to the activities involved {recruitment, training, presentations, performance evaluation etc.,).
- Coordinate employee requests and announcements.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- Located in Cairo or Giza locations only.
- Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent command of Computer skills and surfing activities.
