The Sr. HR Generalist is responsible for building, implementing and delivering all Human Resources operations, including processes and services that create, support, and sustain a high performance and innovative culture.
Main Responsibilities
- Recommend and builds the HR foundation, so processes, systems, and procedures are effective.
- Tackle & Resolve HR-related issues.
- Perform the attraction and selection cycle from Recruiting, interviewing to preparing employment offers and on-boarding
- Coordinate and keep the employment documents and records according to the labor law
- Perform New Hires Orientation
- Assists the Managers with administering the performance management process, including annual and mid-year performance reviews
- Ensures Regulatory compliance with Egyptian Labor Law
- Assists in preparing the training need assessment for staff
- Manage, lead and coach junior HR specialist
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources
- Human Resources Diploma is a MUST
- Very good command in English
- Preferably Sheikh zayed & 6 of October Residence.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR,4 of which in a Generalist role
- Proven experience in creating and/or implementing new HR processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to details
- Must be able to multitask and allocate priorities that maintain smooth operations
- Must have leadership abilities
- Have the ability to manage stress
- Possess problem solving capabilities
- Good working knowledge of email/computer literate
