Job Description
- Post vacancies on various recruitment and social media websites.
- Screens the received CVs on a daily basis
- Initial HR interviews telephone interviews; testing and reference check, Offer letters issuing.
- Update all employees JDs on a yearly bases.
- Review and Update HR Policies & Procedures
- Responsible for the HR Soft & Hard filling system.
- Execute the newcomers’ onboarding program and Follow up on the probation evaluation
- Handle Training Communications and logistics ( internal & external)
- Follow up on the fulfilling of employees annual goals & Performance Appraisal according to the agreed deadlines
