Job Description

  • Handling client concerns, requests, and providing helpful information.
  • Obtaining hotel confirmation numbers through internal channels
  • Handling reservations modifications and / or cancellations.
  • Sending all associated reservation documents
  • Collecting payments

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English language.
  • Maximum age 35
  • Communication and presentation skills are a must
  • Working Days : Monday - Friday
  • Previous experience in Telerformace is a plus (Expedia)

Working Conditions :

  • Fixed shift: 4:00PM – 12:00AM
  • Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday
