Job Description
- Handling client concerns, requests, and providing helpful information.
- Obtaining hotel confirmation numbers through internal channels
- Handling reservations modifications and / or cancellations.
- Sending all associated reservation documents
- Collecting payments
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English language.
- Maximum age 35
- Communication and presentation skills are a must
- Working Days : Monday - Friday
- Previous experience in Telerformace is a plus (Expedia)
Working Conditions :
- Fixed shift: 4:00PM – 12:00AM
- Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday
