Job Description

  • Coordinates all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to fill the vacant
  • Monitor the employees' activities, performance, and production
  • Arranging with managers from different departments to ensure the continuous monitoring of team growth needs whenever business capacity requires
  • Manage the company's public relations in Egypt with social & health insurance companies in addition to arranging legal documentation during the hiring or termination processes
  • Send the salaries, bonus, deduction and over time sheet for the finance team, and make sure that the employees receive all there benefits.
  • Reports will be direct to the CEO

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Housing
  • Ex-Recruiter in a Housing Agency
  • Having Experience in HR and managerial tasks at least 4-5 years
  • Having good knowledge about administration and accounts
  • Able to work in a multinational atmosphere with excellent English language speaking & writing skills
  • Ready to join immediately
  • Strong personal and leadership skills
  • Flexible to perform short business trips when needed
  • An attractive salary is assigned to this position in addition to social & health insurance on the run
  • FLUENCY in English is a must for Interviews.
