Job Description

  • Motivate their reporting sales property consultants to close sales.
  • Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the Property Consultants to achieve the sales Targets.
  • Follow up on Sales Targets through regular meetings
  • Perform Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting, and initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales.
  • Perform administrative duties when needed.
  • Provide direct manager/management with required reports on customer needs, issues, requirements and potential products
  • Get updates on real estate market trends and products
  • Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities
  • Submit orders by referring to the published price list.
  • Submit the required reports on client calls and daily/weekly/monthly plans
  • Solve high-level customer complaints by investigating the issue, propose a solution and make recommendations to the manager
  • Build and strengthen strong and long-term relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Meet basic commercial goals
  • Identify and transform Up, Cross-selling and new business opportunities
  • Acquiring new clients and Expand customers network inside and outside Egypt.
  • Handling quotations & follow up.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Commercial)
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills
  • Excellent Customer Orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word
  • Knowledgeable in the company’s policies and department’s procedures
  • Knowledge of and experience in management and administration
  • Proven sales ability
  • Excellent product knowledge
  • Knowledgeable in sale techniques
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Anticipates and solves problems
  • Planning and evaluation
  • Demonstrate a history of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Strong Real Estate business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate (Medical units, Administration unit, Malls)
