A Sales Team Leader/Manager
- Lead a team of Telesales/Program Specialists.
- Follow up the leads of each employee and its status update.
- Develop and follow up with the sales plan.
- Achieving the financial targets of the sales department.
- Find new clients & Open new Market.
- Research & Prospecting.
- You are required to always be aware of and up to date on the markets, we operate in, its trends, players, opportunities, threats, projects and market seasonal needs, the newest sales and customer attraction techniques.
- You are required to build an opportunity list, collect information on the leads and categorize the leads.
- You shall provide quarterly reports on all possible opportunities in the market.
- Identify all prospects within our targeted categories and collect maximum.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- At least 5 Years of Experience in Training and courses Sales.
- At least 3 Years of Experience in Seniority levels of the same field.
- Previous Experience selling HRCI Accredited Programs (APHR, APHRi, PHR, PHRi, SPHR, SPHRi and GPHR)
- Successful previous experience as a Sales Executive, Team leader or/and manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and Training industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Males are preferable.
