Job Description

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the top management
  • Meet basic commercial goals
  • Identify and transform Up, Cross selling and new business opportunities
  • Formalize client needs through sales proposals
  • Acquiring new clients and Expand customers network inside and outside Egypt.
  • Handling quotations & follow up.
  • Meets monthly and annual Sales targets.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of the real estate sale.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 4- 5 years of managerial professional experience in sales development, in a B to B & B to C environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Be results driven, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a history of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong Real Estate business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
