Job Description

we are a Software company located in Nasr City- Cairo, Egypt.

We are specialized in Web Applications, Mobile Applications, and data analytics,

we are looking for an (Administrative Assistant) to perform a variety of administrative, clerical tasks and duties that include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

The best candidate should be responsible for the following:

  • Keep track and stock of office supplies, identify shortcomings and propose improvements and place orders when necessary.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of publication materials.
  • Issue regular reports and presentations for internal and external communication as requested.
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports.
  • Handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Write and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures and ensure their adherence.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liaise with executives and seniors to handle requests and queries.
  • Assist financial department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. excuses, sick leaves, days off and work schedules).
  • Prepare paperwork and documents.
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Excellent in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Very Good reporting skills.
  • High sense of ownership, dedication, and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated and problem solver.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
