Job Description
- Handling of Company requests and following through all inquiries until resolved.
- Maintain Master data for All services ( catering – overflying – ground handling – airport charge ) for SAP
- Effective management of large amounts of daily operations ( flights).
- Create master data for new routes and new services
- Follow up with all services providers to secure timely flight order fulfillment.
- Provide accurate, correct information for flights on SAP using the right methods/tools.
- Coordination with providers and the internal department to execute the correct flow of the flight order.
- Electronic submitter and collection of reports after each flight.
- Make sure all invoices for all flight operations for all our flights is correct and according to flight.
- Post-flight order support service SAP.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of passenger handling, ramp handling.
- Able to read Ground handling and airport charges agreements.
- Worked as traffic officer at ground handling or airlines company.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different personalities
- Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member
- Ability to work under pressure and meet a deadline.
- Great Organization skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
- Ability to work on flexible shift bases
- Excellent communication skills
