Job Description

  • Manage and communicate the monitoring sample size.
  • Manage and report the quality specialists team members’ performance and KPIs.
  • Prepare monthly reports for reporting results (on time and accuracy).
  • Review all reports of QA results per transaction on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that all accounts are meeting the quality benchmarks, and follow on the action plans for the accounts that do not meet the benchmarks.
  • Conduct calibration sessions on regular basis

Job Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 2 years at Vodafone Operations.
  • At least 1 year experience in a leading position at quality control.
  • Very good English.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
