Job Description
- Manage and communicate the monitoring sample size.
- Manage and report the quality specialists team members’ performance and KPIs.
- Prepare monthly reports for reporting results (on time and accuracy).
- Review all reports of QA results per transaction on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all accounts are meeting the quality benchmarks, and follow on the action plans for the accounts that do not meet the benchmarks.
- Conduct calibration sessions on regular basis
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience of 2 years at Vodafone Operations.
- At least 1 year experience in a leading position at quality control.
- Very good English.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
