Job Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.
Senior HR Generalist responsibilities include:
- Preparing compensation and benefits packages.
- Administer health and life insurance programs.
- Setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Responsible for facilities and purchasing.
- Handling full cycles of payroll and social insurance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, HR diploma is a plus.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Well, understanding of the recruiting full cycle and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- The strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability.
- Can handle work pressure.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
