Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.

Senior HR Generalist responsibilities include:

  • Preparing compensation and benefits packages.
  • Administer health and life insurance programs.
  • Setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Responsible for facilities and purchasing.
  • Handling full cycles of payroll and social insurance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, HR diploma is a plus.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Well, understanding of the recruiting full cycle and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The strength of character, ethics, commitment, and reliability.
  • Can handle work pressure.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
