Job Description
- Assist the General Manager as requested
- Sending and receiving e-mails
- Following up customers , pending projects, tenders , exhibitions
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Job Requirements

- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- High communication skills
- Excellent English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is a plus
- Experience in call center is preference
