Job Description
- Promote high-end business applications Solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the field
- Contact new clients to follow up their business and achieve the company’s plan to reach a certain target of the client.
- Establish account plans; manage client opportunities and the successful closing.
- Prepare a weekly analysis sales report and provide feedback to sales team leader
- Handle demos & presentations.
- Explain and demonstrate products to customers that may involve technical explanation.
- Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and generate innovative ideas to support customers.
- Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
- Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements.
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team.
- Organize meetings with the customers to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines.
- Retains and profitably grows firm volume, sales, and profitability through proactive management of assigned long-term customer relationships.
- Proactively manages customers’ satisfaction and after sales service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 experience in Telecom & Network fields.
- Cairo or Giza Residents only.
- Telecommunications background is a must
- Excellent English
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Teamwork player and able to work under pressure.
- Quick Learner: Ability to promptly apply any skills shortly after being learned.
- Adaptable/ Flexible, have a proven past experience.
- Able to adapt oneself to new surroundings; to make a suitable change so as to fit new conditions.
