Job Description
- Implement approved quality standards and specifications
- Follow-up operating conditions on a regular basis for each unit to make sure their work is sufficiently and consistently.
- Follows manufacturing processes to make sure of the amounts of raw materials and additives according to the specifications of each product.
- Prepare tests results and report it daily and periodically.
- Analyse random samples of the final production of all products and non-matching inventory quantities and report them.
- Responsible for all aspects of quality control activities of raw materials, in-line and finished products.
- Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the the factory.
- Evaluates the qualifications of inspection personnel.
- Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
- Supervises inspection of our food product.
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Degree in relevant Food Science, Chemistry or related Science.
- Knowledge of food and facility security requirements
- Not less than 5 years' experience in Food Industry.
- Good User of MS office.
- Good command of English language.
- Negotiation, Problem solving and Communication skills.
- Managing and leadership skills.
- Very good command of English language.
