Job Description

Mainly responsible on all Medical , Life insurance and premium cards related tasks including:

  • Updating the database.
  • Additions & cancellations.
  • Payments issuance.
  • Distribution of new joiners cards.
  • Act as focal point between employees and providers for any cases occur.
  • Prepare and update a weekly sick leave reports.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Officer.
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments.
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Good analytical Skills.
  • Familiarity with labor legislation.
  • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, Organization Development,Finance or a relevant field.
