Job Description

  • Undertake modeling of business lines and creation of business models to support additional investment.
  • Provide explanations for variance of actual performance to budget and projection.
  • Be responsible for accurate monthly forecasting of income statements, overhead and capital. Provide explanations of changes to year end projections.
  • Assist the business lead with developing strategy and forward looking view of financials.
  • Performing cost analysis, reconciliation of accounts
  • Financial planning and forecasting
  • Provide ongoing analysis of service revenue and costs. Identify any issues and work with appropriate departments to resolve.
  • Financial impacts for cost changes (ie. Vendor negotiations)
  • Work with Management in developing annual budgets.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the operation and progress of compliance efforts to keep the Management Committee informed.
  • Oversee the review of departments, processes and functions with a view to improving controls and decreasing risk.
  • Work with Executive Management to determine the maximum tolerances of each risk the business can absorb without incurring serious losses (money, people and reputation).
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; and develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
  • Continuously improve current processes for budgeting, management reporting and forecasting for increased efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Follow up banks requirements and investment banking processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or any relevant study
  • 5 to 8 Years of experience
  • Accounting background is a must
  • Costing experience is a must
  • Preferable operation background
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Capable of creating financial reports
  • Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
  • Self motivated, Innovative, Initiative.
