Job Description
- Secure new customers who have not previously used the company services
- Retain existing client to increase volume and sales revenue
- Participate in face to face meetings and introduce company services
- Have continued engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts
- Organize, update and keep records of customer information
- Meet and exceed all sales KPIs
- Conducts negotiations with the customer and pricing department to reach agreeable rates
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage sales team performance to reach outstanding results
- Develop SOPs for the sales department
- Train, coach and supervise sales team to leverage their skills and competences
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or logistics
- Strong background in logistics and freight forwarding
