Job Description
- Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Obtains licenses of software by obtaining required information from vendors; recommending purchases; testing and approving products.
- Manage the IT Team to:
- Review, write and test codes and then refining and rewriting as necessary.
- Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
- Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.
- Evaluate the team members
- Handling complaints.
- Give direction and guidance
- mentor team members
- Delegate responsibilities to other members in the team.
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
- BS degree in a related field e.g. Computer Science, Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented work approach
- Continuous learner and improvement mentality
- Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and their application
Required technical skills:
Strong knowledge and understanding of:
- ASP.Net WebForm - C# - SQL - SQL - Server 2012, HTML - HTML5 - CSS3
- JavaScript – typescript – Ionic – Angular - Web Service SOAP - JQuery – AJAX
Additional technical skills:
