Job Description
- Initiate, Implement and oversee job scheduling, coordinate requirements for the jobs, complete job files, supervise production, and monitor jobs from start to finish.
- Manage and assign production crews and jobs according to production plan and company procedures.
- Conducting daily shift meetings to discuss objectives and relay important information to production associates.
- Direct material handlers to any part shortages on the process and assist them with line changes.
- Leading and facilitating corrective action and continuous improvement teams.
- Meeting daily, or as needed, with other supervisors and management staff to review all production activities.
- Responsible for team’s accurate and efficient work product through holding team members accountable for tardiness and unexcused attendance.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering (Mechanical-Automotive-Industrial)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in automotive industry.
