Job Description
- Review the company bank statements.
- Following all the checks inbound/ outbound.
- Following up the checks under collection with the banks and with the A/R department.
- Sending all the collected checks to the banks as per instructions.
- Making the banking transfer to the shipping lines and agents online.
- Reviewing the cash payment request and compare it with the invoices and bill of lading.
- Creating all the online bank transfers.
- Creating the banks general journal entries on the system.
- Checking and reviewing all the petty cash.
- Managing all the required cash from payment requests by priority.
- Creating salaries general journal entries.
Job Requirements
- Holding Bachelor degree of commerce.
- Lives nearby Heliopolis.
- Excellent communication & Leadership skills.
- Background experience in freight forwarding industry (preferable).
