- As a SYKES customer service agent, you are responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the client.
- You will deal with a variety of incoming contacts to the contact center, answer queries, service issues, handling complaints and problem-solving.
- It's a Canadian account , Money Transfer Service.
Working Conditions :
- Working hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (FIXED)
- Rotational days off
- Transportation door to door (for night shift only)
