- Define and execute on delivery and training plans.
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
- Provide training and end-user support during and after the delivering process.
- Be involved in pre-sales product demonstrations.
- Work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Job Requirements
- Bc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Require 2-4 years of related work experience.
- Experience & understanding of Web or Mobile applications development.
- Familiar with testing and UAT.
- Highly recommended to have troubleshooting skills with a record of experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Command of English & Arabic.
