Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Sales support specialist to join our team. You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
- Supports Local Sales Manager & team for achievement of main Local Sales targets.
- Ensures full product availability along with production unit
- Coordinating all ordering & shipment processes.
- Keeping in touch with local Sales Management Staff, Sales Operations and Supply Chain. For Ensuring the process deadline.
- Prepares of monthly trade spend per region along with the proper spending tracking
- Analyzes products delivering issue and Submit reports.
- Following up with the customer's needs along with sales orders.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Report unusual activity to supervisors
- Keep record of sales trends
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field
- Not less than (3) years of manufacturing Sales.
- Proficient user of Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands on experience with SAP system
- Teamwork and motivational skills
